Minister announces Forum to take the lead on industry change

Proposed exemptions to the Livable Housing Provisions - NCC 2022 (Tas)

The Government has asked that Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS) commence consultation on proposed exemptions and the staged implementation of the livable housing provisions contained in Part H8 of the National Construction Code (NCC) 2022. These provisions were due to commence in Tasmania on 1 October 2024.
